Classes Run The Gamut From Birth Preparation To Baby Food

Tummies to Toes offers a variety of classes and services to help parents ensure their pregnancy goes well and their delivery goes smoothly. And because pregnancy is the easy part ;-) Tummies to Toes is here to prepare families for the lifetime to follow.

Group Classes

Locations: Kitchener, Guelph, Cambridge, Elora, and St. Jacobs.

Class Format: Small group size (number depends on class location)

Masks: Currently, masks are not required at any location. However, you are welcome to wear one if you prefer.

Private Classes

(In-Home or Virtual)

Available by request. Cost varies depending on hours and content.
